Forte Belanger Promotes Colin John to Executive Sous Chef and Caitlin Schultz to Sales Associate
TROY, Mich. – Forte Belanger, Michigan’s leading special event design and catering firm, announces the promotion of Colin John, III to Executive Sous Chef and Caitlin Schultz to Sales Associate. Previously, John was a Sous Chef with the company. In his new capacity, John will be responsible for culinary staff training as well as New Menu Research and Development.
Prior to her promotion, Schultz was the Staffing and Beverage Manager. In her new capacity, Schultz will be responsible for several large accounts and generating new business opportunities. Prior to joining Forte Belanger, John was an Executive Sous Chef for Chandler’s Restaurant in Petoskey, Mich. He was also a Chef and Kitchen Manager for Pierson’s Restaurant in Petoskey, and a Sous Chef at Fathoms Restaurant in Wilmington, N.C. John is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor of art’s degree in hospitality business. Schultz came to Forte Belanger from Infinity Yacht Charters, where she was a charter coordinator. She also earned a bachelor of art’s degree in hospitality business from Michigan State University.
