    Forte Belanger Names Colin John, III as Sous Chef

    TROY, Mich. – Forte Belanger, Michigan’s leading special event design and catering firm, announces the addition of Colin John, III as Sous Chef. In this capacity, John will be responsible for management of off site catered functions as well as conduct new menu testing and prototyping.

    Prior to joining Forte Belanger, John was an Executive Sous Chef for Chandler’s Restaurant in Petoskey, Mich. He was also a Chef and Kitchen Manager for Pierson’s Restaurant in Petoskey, and a Sous Chef at Fathoms Restaurant in Wilmington, N.C. John is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in hospitality business.
