Forte Belanger Continues Growth with Staff Additions and Promotion

TROY, Mich. – Forte Belanger, a leading special event design and off-premise catering company, announces the addition of four new team members and one promotion. Chef Tony Rae has been hired as Chef de Cuisine; Stacey Murdock as a Sales Associate; Joyce Finos as Administrative Assistant; and Caitlin Schultz as Staffing Manager. In addition, Gonzalo Cisneros was promoted to Assistant Warehouse Manager. According to Forte Belanger, these moves are to accommodate their continued growth in the market place.

In his role as Chef de Cuisine, Chef Tony Rae will be responsible for management of daily kitchen production for Forte Belanger’s events. Prior to joining Forte Belanger, Rae was an Executive Chef with the Appeteaser Restaurant Group for the past 15 years.

As a Sales Associate, Stacey Murdock will be responsible for several large accounts as well as generating new business opportunities. Murdock was previously Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager for Southern Hospitality Restaurant Group in Detroit.

As Administrative Assistant, Joyce Finos will oversee all administrative duties for Forte Belanger. Prior to joining Forte Belanger, Finos was an Administrative specialist for Compuware Corporation.

Caitlin Schultz joins Forte Belanger as Staffing Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of 150 service staff for all of Forte Belanger’s events. Schultz recently graduated from the Michigan State University’s Hospitality Business Program and prior to joining Forte Belanger was a Charter Coordinator for Infinity Yacht Charters.

In his role as Assistant Warehouse Manager, Gonzalo Cisneros will be responsible for management of the daily warehouse production for Forte Belanger’s events. Prior to being promoted, Cisneros was a Warehouse Expeditor.
