Forte Belanger to Provide Catering Services For Annual Hob Nobble Gobble Event at State Fairgrounds Nov. 21

TROY, Mich. Forte Belanger announced that, for the second year in a row, they have been selected to provide catering/event services for the Parade Company’s annual Hob Nobble Gobble, to be held Wednesday, Nov. 21 at the Michigan State Fairgrounds in celebration of 81 years of the Michigan Thanksgiving Day Parade.

At this year’s event, Forte Belanger will develop special foods and decorations to carry out a “Hats Off to Detroit” themed event that the Thanksgiving Day Parade will host, including a Detroit sports themed food station. Catering themes will also include a food station influenced by locally made Michigan products, a colorful Detroit cultural experience and an area evoking Detroit’s rich musical history.

“We love to work with the theme of an event when developing our menu and décor, and the Hob Nobble Gobble theme this year really provides us with a great opportunity to get creative,” said John Forte, president of Forte Belanger. “We anticipate that this year will set a new precedent for years to come!”
