Juliet has always worked in the hospitality and entertainment industries, first interning at the Palace of Auburn Hills when the Pistons still played there before working at the DTE Energy Amphitheater before it went back to Pine Knob. Juliet has an extensive background in events and large-scale venues where she found a passion for high-end event hospitality and service.

When Forte Belanger came calling after the pandemic, she couldn’t say no. “I knew Forte was my opportunity to grow professionally by managing an incredible roster of clients and personally by expressing my creativity in menu creation.”

What’s your ultimate tip for a memorable guest experience?

Try to stay one step ahead. When guests feel taken care of without needing to ask for anything, that’s what makes it really special. It’s those small moments that stick with people.

What’s one ingredient you can’t live without?

Salt. Not only is it the foundation of good cooking it brings everything to life. It might not be the star, but it makes everything better.
