Victoria grew up loving events and as a kid would plan her birthday parties a year in advance, making every last detail perfect. So when Victoria discovered that event planning could be an actual career, she knew that was the path destined for her. For the first 10 years of her career, she served as a catering & event coordinator in the San Francisco Bay Area, learning the ins and outs of the event industry.

Victoria brought her talents to Michigan and continues to refine her skills & expertise through ongoing education and networking associations, all while thriving off the logistics that go into making sure each of our clients' events run seamlessly.

What’s your ultimate tip for a memorable guest experience?

Forget the fluff and make sure the basics are done impeccably – guests won’t always remember the color of your linens, but they will remember if they left hungry!

(Think Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs – at its base: food (catering), water (bar), and shelter (venue), then build out from there.)

What’s one ingredient you can’t live without?

Garlic – recipes are just a guide when it comes to number of cloves, I say go with your heart.
